With Da'wah through education as one of our more important duties, having suitable qualified educators is imperative.
Alhamdulillah, over the years As-Salaam was able identify and head-hunt candidates to take up the noble profession.
Varying degrees of assistance, ranging from full fees to exposure in the classrooms helped As-Salaam achieve its targets over the years.
Our successes over the years have encouraged us to expand our vision to aim to have an As-Salaam educator in every school in the country.
Already, most of the qualified staffs at the neighbouring college are part of the successful training Programme. Over 50 educators are fully qualified products of this Programme. Until recently we managed to get all our Islamiat educators, professionally qualified either through UKZN or UNISA.
